This "little" house is amazing! Very well thought out use of space. This is a perfect vaca location with a 5 minute walk to the lake. Fishing and local amenities are all close too. ( Gas station, food) Perfect starter home or wonderful home to retire without spending millions! Close to major cities but a different world! The home is actually closer to 900 sq feet!
